We understand that event planning can be complex, and we want to ensure a fair and flexible approach. Here is our updated cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. Cancellation: Clients who wish to cancel their event are kindly requested to provide us with a minimum of 90 days' notice. In the event of a cancellation within this timeframe, we are committed to working with you and will provide a partial deposit refund. Please note that cancellations made after 90 days will not be eligible for a partial deposit refund. We appreciate your understanding that planning can be unpredictable, and we aim to offer flexibility while also securing availability for our services. 2. Rescheduling: We understand that scheduling changes can occur, and we're here to help. Clients seeking to reschedule their event are encouraged to contact us at least 60 days in advance. We understand that flexibility is crucial, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. 3. Providing Alternative Dates: To facilitate a smooth rescheduling process, clients are asked to provide us with three alternative dates for their event. We supply an array of mixers, quality cups, fresh garnishes, and all necessary bartending supplies to create a delightful beverage experience for you and your guests. For your convenience, we provide a 100 ft extension cord for electricity, and any additional cord length beyond that becomes the responsibility of the client. In addition to the essentials, we bring the cool factor with ice to keep your drinks refreshingly chilled. Our team requires approximately 1 hour of set-up time to guarantee a smooth and timely service. To add a personalized touch, we offer complimentary signature drink signage upon request. Clients can also enjoy the option of custom-designed signature drinks, enhancing the uniqueness of their event.
